Cadence
A typical retainer includes two scheduled sessions per month plus async written feedback on materials you send ahead. Extra on-site days in Hat Yai can be added at the day rate when a review needs the physical bench.
Boundaries
Advisory does not replace your merge authority. We will not silently rewrite production trees under this engagement; if you need that, shift to a Firmware Delivery Partnership.
